Not investment advice
MoneyFrame is a calculation and planning tool, not a financial advisor. We are not a licensed or registered investment adviser, broker, or research analyst in any country, and nothing on this site — including calculator outputs, comparisons, the Compare Lab, guided reports, or any recommendation text — constitutes personalized investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset, or a professional financial, tax, or legal opinion.
Illustrative projections only
Every projected value (recurring-investment corpus, property appreciation, precious-metal returns, time-deposit maturity amounts, loan payoff timelines, and so on) is computed using the rate of return, inflation, and tenure assumptions you selected — or our defaults if you didn't change them. Real-world markets are volatile and unpredictable; actual returns on funds, equities, gold, silver, and real estate can be significantly higher or lower than any assumed rate, including negative in a given period. Interest rates on savings and deposit products change over time by central-bank or regulatory action in whichever country the product is offered, and may differ from the rate used in a calculation. Nothing here guarantees any of these figures will occur.
Tax and regulatory rules vary by country
Where a calculator or report reflects tax treatment (capital gains, deductions, exemption thresholds, etc.), it uses a simplified, illustrative reading of one country's rules at the time it was written — those rules are, in reality, more detailed, subject to your individual circumstances, and subject to change by the relevant government. If you're outside the country whose default rules a calculator shows, treat any tax-related figure as directional only, not a description of your own tax situation. Always verify current tax and regulatory rules for your own country — ideally with a qualified accountant or tax advisor — before relying on any tax-related figure shown here.
Loan and debt calculations
Debt payoff plans (including the “avalanche” and “snowball” style orderings used internally in the Get Rid of My Loan report) are mathematical projections based on the balances, rates, and extra-payment amounts you provided. They do not account for prepayment penalties, processing fees, foreclosure charges, or changes to your lender's terms — check your specific loan agreement and with your lender before acting.
No guarantee of outcomes
Past performance of any asset class referenced on this site (equity funds, gold, real estate, etc.) is not indicative of future results. Any decision to invest, borrow, prepay a loan, or otherwise act on information from this site is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or other qualified professional in your own country before making significant financial decisions.
Real numbers only
Where this site shows usage statistics (e.g. “N people have purchased this report”), that number is a real, live count from our own database — never a fabricated or estimated figure.
